My contribution explored the opportunities, challenges, and conditions for data-driven work with AI in the field of insurance medicine. As social-medical services face growing capacity issues, the role of technological innovation is more vital than ever.
During the session, we discussed:
The potential of generative AI to support file summarization and reporting
The importance of user acceptance in complex organizational environments
And the ethical and practical prerequisites needed to implement AI responsibly and effectively
Grateful to the UT for hosting such a dynamic gathering, and to all participants for the thought-provoking conversations. It’s clear that collaboration across disciplines is key to shaping the future of public health.
